You still get all the nutritional benefits of whole wheat but the berry isn't as hard and the flour made from it is lighter than regular whole wheat. As for the coconut sugar, it will add the flavor of coconut and if that doesn't bother you, go for it!Ani L. It was filled with so much flavor, the chocolate was a nice twist and it was extremely moist. I had so many bananas to use so I actually put 7 in rather than 3 or 4 and it came out fine.
