{ giveaway } we reached our first milestone this week: 200 Facebook fans so we're hosting our first giveaway!



You guys rock! A few days ago, I posted on our Facebook fan page that we were 10 fans shy of 200 and asked you all to share us with friends and family if you enjoyed what we do here at 'Confessions.' Within a day, we hit 200 and now we're just over. 



To thank you all for your continued support, I decided it was time to host our first giveaway. Considering we are in August – and if you're in San Diego you know our hot weather is still to come – I'm giving away a copy of "Poptails" by Laura Fyfe to help you stay cool. 


The gorgeously photographed book has 40 recipes of, ahem!, alcohol infused popsicles, ices and slushes and was published at the start of summer. Some of the included recipes are Pineapple Mojito, Strawberry Cosmopolitan, Tequila Sunrise, Coconut Crunch, Irish Coffee and Rum & Raisin. OH! Yeah! Baby! Who's ready for some Poptails?

How to enter

Just leave a comment on this post telling me what your favorite frozen summer treat is. That's it. Simple, simple. You have until Sunday at 11am to comment. Then I'll choose a winner at random.

    Ooooo, my favorite frozen treat in the summer is Magnum Bars! Especially the mocha. But, I'd like to make some of these yummy-looking poptails, so thank you for the giveaway opportunity!
